What’s JMC all about?
JMC is a nine-month, full-time, local church-based, intensive discipleship and equipping program raising up a radical generation of world changers, recklessly abandoned to the cause of Christ. It’s an international ministry (currently about 90 affiliates) birthed in 1984 at Phoenix First Assembly whose mission is to know God and to make Him known (www.mcin.org).

Our Vision
As we rightly connect into family, we are given the freedom to enter into covenant relationships, where we create a Kingdom culture of passion manifesting heaven on earth to conquer the kingdoms of the world.

Core Values
•The Kingdom of God—God’s Kingdom culture infiltrating the kingdoms of this world
•Spiritual Fathering—Raising up the next generation through relationship
•Real Relationships—Entering into covenant relationships where we can be real, vulnerable and encourage one another to grow closer to God and walk out our identity and destiny in Christ
•Personal Discipline—developing self-control (including physical exercise).
•Passionate Prayer & Scripture Memory
•Hands-On Ministry Training—learning to evangelize and effectively minister to others
•Ministering Spiritual Gifts—discovering how to move in the gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy
•Marketplace Ministry—Raising up a people in character and honor to effectively transform the marketplace with God’s Kingdom

Daily Life at JMC

Ministry & Volunteer Serving
As a part of the JMC program, disciples are volunteering their time to be involved in many areas of serving. Serving spans from within the local church, to the community, to other states and nations. Disciples will have the opportunity to serve in children’s ministry, youth ministry, worship teams, drama, dance, etc. JMC also volunteers at the local Salvation Army and other various programs and ministries throughout the community. JMC travels to other cities, states and nations for ministry and serving purposes. There is typically one ministry trip to another nation each year.

Education & Training
Students are involved in daily classes where they are equipped in areas such as studying the Bible, foundations of the Christian life and doctrine, and ministering in the spiritual gifts. The second year of JMC training focuses more on leadership.

Tuition costs cover: housing, utilities, food, trips, transportation, training materials, etc… This amount totals $6,000 and must be paid before entering the program or on a monthly basis for an additional $50/month. Disciples are not permitted to have a job while in JMC.
